The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) establishes, develops, and maintains strong and effective working relationships with external and internal customers, prospects, and visitors to the Retail Office. Handle daily customer transactions, monetary accounting activities, funds deposit and daily reports. Provides general administrative support for the other roles in the office.
FRONT LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Primary contact to greet and assist customers, prospects, and visitors when they visit the retail office. Answer regional customer phone calls using the Customer Care Group guide.

This is an entry level position for a Customer Service Specialist. The primary responsibility is to coordinate customer information and become fully functional through training and on-the-job experience.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma and at least three years of successful experience in two or more of the following areas: administrative support, financially related customer service, computer operations
