Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project, or series of smaller projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals. Projects managed are typically of moderate technical complexity. Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related (technical environment) experience including project management experience.
ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD Secret Security Clearance.
LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.

The Sense & Warn (S&W) Rapid Deployment Radar Field Service Representative is the point of contact (POC) for operations and maintenance of the S&W rapid deployment Radar systems. The S&W Rapid Deployment Radar FSR will be fully capable of configuring, initializing, administering, operating and deploying all S&W rapid deployment Radar system in preparation for world wide deployment.
Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
Seven years of job-related experience or equivalent. Previous experience serving as a Radar technician supporting S&W operations required. Radar Field Service experience in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation New Dawn, or Operation Enduring Freedom preferred. Electronic or Network Technical training beyond high school required.
Graduate of any military radar repairer course, with Advanced Radar Repairer courses desired. Must be knowledgeable, experienced, prepared and capable of performing administration, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and employment Counter Fire Target Acquisition or Air Defense Radars Radar systems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software suite.
Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance. Must have a valid US Passport.
