The Land Administration team is seeking a Division Order Coordinator in working all aspects of division orders in areas comprising both fee and federal acreage.

Support for the Division Order and Corporate Land Teams.
Create, distribute and resolve Owner Relations and Ownership Issues within the NEXUS ticketing system.
Perform various pay status changes.
Assist in the analysis of deeds, assignments, probate documents, etc.
Obtain land and title documents for Analyst review.
Research for Owner Addresses; research Tax Id numbers; request Owner Numbers.
May input new well decks into computer system from Land Associate/Analyst spreadsheets.
Coordinate the creation and mailing of Division Orders for execution.
Input data to assist in the maintenance of Division Order decks.
Assist with special projects as needed.
2+ years preferred experience in division orders or equivalent exposure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with an integrated land/division order computer system. Quorum experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-starter, self-directed, organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience in division orders will be considered in lieu of degree.
Must have knowledge of basic land principles and their application with the ability to analyze land data for the entry into the land data management system.
General understanding of land terminology, contracts and their uses with the ability to work on projects of increased complexity under general direction.
