This is a temporary position providing summer employment and possible continued temporary employment for Fall Semester.
The Service Design Intern's role is a base level support role in the Service Design group in the Information Technology organization at WesBanco. The Service Design Intern's role is to assist in the Service Design team in the design, planning, and implementation of in-house and cloud information systems and enterprise solutions that support WesBanco's core organizational functions.
The role supports the team by creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and data, Visio diagrams, and solution documentation. This individual will work at the direction of the Service Design Manager and will provide support for the Service Design group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain SharePoint lists and solutions.
Model business and systems processes through workflow diagrams/data models.
Document current software, systems, and solutions.
Help design, test, and implement corporate systems and software.
Conduct research on emerging technologies at the direction of the Service Design Manager.
Provide support and assistance to Service Design and other IT staff.
Document the company's existing systems architecture and technology portfolio.
Limited graphics and web development work.
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
