Job Summary:
The Master Remodeler will be responsible for overseeing and executing high end remodeling projects throughout East Aurora and Orchard Park from start to finish. This role requires expertise in multiple trades, including framing, finish carpentry, high end fixture installations, electrical, and plumbing, as well as a keen eye for detail and a teh ability to plan out work in advance. Our ideal candidate will be likeable, have a proven track record of successful project completions and the ability to manage time and manpower effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute remodeling projects, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work with expertise and precision.
- Oversee other aspects of the remodeling process, including demolition, roofing, drywall, painting, and foudnations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice and solutions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during the remodeling process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep accurate records of project progress, materials used, and hours worked.
- Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in remodeling and construction.
- Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Master Electrician, Plumbing License) are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
