Job Description
Our non-profit organization is looking for an organized and self-motivated candidate for a Field Representative position. The Field Representative will be responsible for monitoring child care facilities on the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and playing an active role in supporting and developing ODBCACFP mission-based programs and projects. Candidate must be able to organize schedule around business needs and be available to work daytime hours. Hired applicant will receive wage plus mileage. Position requires working independently with professionals in child care facilities, so the applicant must have a clean background and be willing to submit to a background check. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities: organized, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, competent with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet), able to manage time wisely to meet deadlines, and have professional communication abilities. Candidate must have reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance. Child and Adult Care Food Program experience is a plus.
We also pay for mileage as well, since this is a traveling position.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage assigned monitoring caseload
- Conduct quarterly reviews of providers on caseload
- Schedule announced/unannounced visits monthly and post to the team-wide calendar
- Complete review forms on-site
- Log reviews in Minute Menu post-visit
- Submit review forms to Office Assistant
- Make recommendations to the program manager if there are findings that may result in a change of provider status (terminate, serious deficient)
- Conduct pre-operational training as assigned and submit to Office Coordinator
- Provide training and technical support to childcare providers
- Able to work from home
- Video chat for team meetings weekly
- Able to travel to areas in KY (Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Frankford, Louisville)
