At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a pediatric Physical Therapist. This position will be split between our Des Plaines, IL and Arlington Heights, IL locations. You will provide evaluations and treatment to assigned clients, and help clients reach maximum performance level and to use skills learned to the fullest to function in the community within the limits of their capabilities.

Our interdisciplinary approach means that you will collaborate with other Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Neuropsychologists. As a member of our team, you will:
- Complete screenings, provide written assessment, and ongoing reports throughout the course of treatment
- Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines as needed
- Maintain communication with families, doctors, schools, and other relative service providers
- Clearly explain behavior function, intervention, and treatment strategies to families
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, such as doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists, to ensure our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
- Keep detailed records of progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
