Who is Creative2?
We are a Virginia-based digital agency with a passion for innovative design, technology and storytelling. A talented, tight-knit and actively growing team with primary operations in the Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg areas, Creative2 specializes in building websites, apps and interactive experiences that seamlessly integrate the digital and physical worlds.

We work with large and mid-sized corporate clients and organizations, along with some nonprofits and Christian ministries.

What does Creative2’s ideal candidate look like?
A professional, highly-motivated individual who collaborates well with a team and is extremely organized is essential for this role.
Highly detailed-oriented and comfortable working under tight deadlines is also a must, as well as a willingness to do what it takes to complete projects on-task and on-time.
Must be able to assist with and conduct virtual and in-person presentations to decision-makers at large organizations.
Must excel at storytelling, with the ability to develop creative concepts, pitch them and collaborate with clients on vision.
Must have desire for a career in leadership, and to be the driving force behind assembling and managing multi-faceted marketing teams as well as managing the client relationship for all things related to marketing.
Must promote continual marketing improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.
Must have extremely high self-discipline and understand this role’s importance to the success of day-to-day projects and overall agency trajectory.
While starting as a freelance support position, Creative2 is ultimately on the lookout for an individual interested in joining the team as a full-time Director of Operations & Marketing, overseeing details of projects and coordinating staff, contractors and clients.

Must have firm understanding of the following:
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency and revenue generation.
Develop and implement high-impact strategies for digital marketing efforts to drive acquisition, campaign performance, and strong ROI across social media, e-mail, search, display and other channels.
Manage the implementation, execution, reporting, testing, and improvement of marketing campaigns.
Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to lead generation and branding objectives.
Add innovative ideas to the company’s overall marketing approach, maintain leading-edge capabilities and mentor peers in best practices and latest trends.
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs.

General SEO guidance.
Managing a social calendar and social media accounts.
