FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Classification: NOT Salaried Management Personnel or Management Personnel

Position Summary:
The Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for assisting all salaried and hourly managers in regards to daily back house operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Kitchen Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
Following all operational procedures outlines in the Burger King Operations Manual
Training new and existing crew members on new and existing procedures
Ensuring food safety standards are met
Ensures that kitchen is stocked and prep is prepared
Ensuring that hot and fresh products are served fast
Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
Assisting managers in sending kitchen crew members on break
Completing other assigned task delegated by manager

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Be able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
Be able to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds
Be able to reach over head
Be able to work at a fast pace
English language proficiency
Completed the following internal certification training programs or is willing to complete them within the timeframe prescribed the Company, including but not limited to: Basic Management Training (BMT), Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment/Discrimination Training, Safety & Security Training Continuing Education as deemed necessary by the Company
