Position: Warehouse Worker
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Sparks, NV. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, assisting in the
process of order fulfillment, and maintaining the organization and flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and possess a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

Packaging and Labeling: Carefully package products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, apply appropriate labeling, and prepare items for shipment.

Inventory Management: Assist in the receipt, storage, and organization of inventory, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of products.

Shipping and Receiving: Arrange outgoing shipments and process incoming goods, verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.

Quality Control: Perform checks to ensure orders are complete and meet Luddites’ standards before shipment.

Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the warehouse.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to improve warehouse processes and contribute to a positive working environment.
Requires:

Previous warehouse, retail, or relevant work experience is required.

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Capable of standing for extended periods.

A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Previous experience with ShipStation required.
