Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer citizen calls and direct them to the correct section.
Order supplies as needed.
Maintains the smooth running of the office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones and perform and other essential tasks.
Help coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and faxes. Open, review, sort and distribute the mail to the appropriate recipients.
Send office notification emails as needed
Prepare travel arrangements and travel vouchers in travel system
Update office calendars as required
Copy/Scan documents
Working with tracking databases to maintain accurate, up-to-date records of various key documents
Well-organized and detail-oriented, must be able to multi-task and take instruction from many sources. Key traits are strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. In addition to these general skills and personality traits, seeking Secretary III candidates with the following skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Able to multi-task and take instruction from many sources.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication ability to document resolved or unresolved problems and to interact with end users or other technical support members.
Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important.
Able to work overtime if necessary from time to time.
Comfortable working on computers
Familiar with iPhone technology.
