You’ll devise creative, fun and non-standard solutions to help leaders communicate the company’s strategy to their teams, the wider Google audience and industry partners. You'll understand complex issues, break them down, and coach executives to then communicate those issues in written and spoken forms. We are looking for a curiosity-driven, organized team player to help execute strategic communications campaigns, write compelling messages for leadership, create thoughtful presentations for internal meetings, and find innovative ways to engage employees and build a shared culture. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to crisply summarize technical and business concepts in writing and in person. You love learning about the technology behind the products that billions of people use. You excel in highly collaborative roles, working with teammates, leadership, and internal partners to keep audiences large and small engaged, inspired and informed.
We help inform and educate users, advertisers, partners, opinion leaders-and our own employees-about the benefits of Google's products, our distinctive company culture/values and our approach to the big public policy issues of the day. You are quick-witted, entrepreneurial and intellectually curious. To succeed in this role, you are willing to try new things and can manage numerous projects with tight deadlines. Things happen quickly at Google, and to do great work, you need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally with partners across PR, comms, marketing, product and beyond.
