As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing informative and engaging tours to visitors, showcasing the unique features and history of our location. Responsibilities
- Conduct guided tours of Washington DC, providing interesting and accurate information to visitors
- Engage with guests, answering questions and providing additional information as needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, creating a positive experience for visitors
- Adhere to established tour schedules and timeframes
- Assist with crowd management and ensure that all guests can hear and see the tour presentation
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional visitor experiences
