About the Position: A MSP Operations Manager
SCIS is pivotal in overseeing and enhancing the delivery of Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of customer IT assets, including deployments, repairs, Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), shipping, receiving, and the upkeep of assets in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and inventory management systems. The MSP Operations Manager ensures that all operations are executed with high precision and customer satisfaction, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of service delivery across the board.

Essential Job Functions
- Oversee and coordinate the deployment of mobile devices and other IT assets.
- Work closely with customers to develop and refine gold images and deployment processes according to their specific requirements.
- Oversee the RMA and repair processes for IT assets, ensuring compliance with SLAs and customer requirements.
- Manage shipping logistics for outgoing and incoming deliveries related to MSP operations.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of devices in MDM systems.
- Manage the upkeep and auditing of inventory management systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and implement processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
- Hire, lead, train, and develop a team focused on exceptional service delivery and customer engagement.
- Ability to perform other duties as required.
Minimum Education, Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Proven experience in managing IT asset deployments and creating customer-specific solutions.
- Strong understanding of asset management, including deployment, repairs, RMAs, and inventory control.
- Proficiency with multiple MDM systems.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage customer relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff development.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to read, legibly write, and speak English as required for safe and efficient operations
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment

- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to work in extreme conditions including work both indoors and outdoors
- Pass a 10-year history with the most recent 5 years verified.
