As the Sr. Business Systems Manager, you will continue to manage current business services along with evaluating and making recommendations for alternative solutions. You’ll plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life cycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Utilize effective problem-solving, program management, and change management skills to handle complex projects and drive solutions from concept to implementation.
Focus on supporting company user base and providing excellent customer service via ticketing system
Working with business teams and IT on gathering requirements for incoming projects and prioritizing for team
Oversee program/project execution ensuring successful, on-time delivery of projects and training for users
Responsible for meeting SLA uptimes for critical systems and services
Assist team in investigating and researching root cause for any service interruptions, and ensure proper post production documentation and communication
Manage risks by anticipating bottlenecks, managing program prioritization, making trade-offs, and balancing business needs versus constraints
Manage budget and identify cost efficiencies or changes that affect the overall budget
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly metrics for exec dashboard for SLA reporting, and trend analysis

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years’ experience with the above, including managing teams and leading operational projects
Excellent communicator and orchestrator of technical and people resources
Successfully lead or worked on ERP projects for a medium to large company
Technical depth adequate to insure execution and hold people accountable in G&A business systems and tools.
Salary: $85,000- $100,000
