Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibility:

  • Welcoming new customers to our store in person and over the phone with warmth and competence
  • Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer's needs
  • Confident, positive and high energy presence
  • Spending some time throughout the day working face to face with customers outside on the lot and in the showroom while also working in front of a computer, calling, emailing, and texting to generate appointments
  • Creating a great vehicle delivery experience
  • Following up with customers using CRM
  • Work in close partnership with management and colleagues to provide appropriated information to the customer
  • Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
  • Becoming a passionate ambassador of our idea and embodiment of our company vision

Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications:

  • Targeted unit sales and gross profit requirements
  • Daily activities such as: inbound and outbound phone calls, text messaging and email conversations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Spanish Speaking is a definite plus but not required

Automotive Sales Consultant Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Vehicles
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Some prior sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set and achieve goals
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Knowledge of CRM Dealersocket prefereble
  • Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must have reliable transportation
