We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for Food & Beverage Operations at our Margaritaville location in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all facets of food, beverage and retail operations in a resort type atmosphere.
Restaurant Managers assist the GM in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Margaritaville Restaurant (FOH/BOH) and bars.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications & skills:
- 1-3+ years experience in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledgeable of POS Systems & Scheduling Software
- Ability to "work the floor" and "touch tables" ensuring an excellent guest experience
- Oversee shift changes, tip outs, etc.
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Prepare daily reports
- Proficient in MS Suite (Especially Excel)
