Covia is looking for a dynamic Business Process Analyst who will have a positive impact on the Operations team. As an Analyst, you will will provide support, to include complex analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, and process changes for the supported application. This position will work closely with the business and other teams to support system implementation, changes, and enhancements. Other responsibilities include:

Manages Operations applications and act as the key technical liaison between computer systems, users, and business.
Monitor and analyze data to enforce adherence to management rules, process, and best practices to increase data integrity
Document requirements, and translate into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools
Develop solutions to business needs by working closely with business and other teams
Test new functionality to ensure validation of system enhancements
Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities for increase employee and management adoption
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills
5+ years IFS or related ERP knowledge required
MS Office Suite
5 + years Wonderware knowledge preferred
5+ years Bourque experience preferred

Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional experience
Programming knowledge in SQL is a plus
