The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics and Department of Internal Medicine are seeking outstanding individuals for clinician-educator faculty positions in the Division of Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

In both the Internal Medicine and Pediatric Hospitalist Medicine programs, faculty will staff teaching and non-teaching inpatient services at both Children’s Health Dallas and Parkland Health & Hospital System, a public safety net hospital in Dallas, TX.

We are especially interested in applicants with interests and/or experience in teaching, as faculty supervise and teach residents in the new Combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program, categorical Pediatric and Internal Medicine residency programs, and students from UT Southwestern Medical School. Clinician-Educator faculty will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of scholarly activities in addition to education of medical students and residents. Applicants must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas and must be board eligible or certified in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Academic title will be commensurate with academic credentials. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than full time status.
