PAYCO_ Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to delivering the Region’s business plan financial and marketing objectives for the responsible franchise. S/he is responsible for supporting the marketing team by tracking and analyzing sales, tracking expenses, ensuring all products are registered and tracking syndicated data. Supports marketing management in the development of business plans providing tactical analytical support to facilitate the strategic development and alignment with company goals & objectives. Also provides support in the New Product launch process. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
Works with the Marketing Leader to achieve ICP.
Regularly monitors syndicated market share data and shares information with Sales and Customer Marketing Teams. Presents results and recommendations.
Assists in preparing MSR Meeting presentation.
Monitors A&P investment & on time deployment of accruals.
Performs monthly updates of A&P file. Processes purchase requisitions and invoices prior to sending to Marketing Leader for approval.
Owns the New Product creation process.
Responsible for timely deployment of information to other departments for effective new product launches.
Maintains an open communication with the Customer Sales Development (CSD), Supply Chain & Sales Team in order to achieve the objectives of the franchise.
Owns the execution of consumer promotional programs, which should be based on the business strategies and objectives.
Responsible for preparing post event analysis (with internal and external suppliers) after consumer promotions to identify key learning and opportunities.
Works with the Marketing Leader to develop and implement aggressive and cost-efficient marketing strategies that achieves sales and profitability targets of the category.
Works with the CSD in stablishing recommendations regarding pricing and promotions of the category.
Works with the CSD in the development, plans, implementation and logistics of consumer promotions at the point of sale, including the sales forecast as well as the promotional material development.
When applicable, provides a competitive intelligence analysis report based on various sources. (ie. Shoppers, Advertising, Trade Promotions, Sweepstakes, among others).
Analyzes sales trends to optimize product assortment and promotional activity.
Tracks sales and provides info to ensure time is invested in corrective actions where needed.
Provides analytics on a variety of initiatives including findings and recommendations on product portfolio.
Works with finance providing analytics to support the tracking and PFME budget.
Provides analytical support in development of business plans, for launches and tracking
Assist in tracking and analysis of KPI’s.
Support Customer Marketing & Sales Team with product knowledge trainings to customers or customer associates (MARKETING LEADER SHARES THIS RESPONSIBILITY)
Manages production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing programs
Actively participates in forecasting meetings as needed.
Tracks Digital & Content Management efforts with Advertising agency. Also provides recommendations as needed.
Accomplish and promote the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies established by the company.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business Administration.
1+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing in consumer with supervision experience desired.
Capability to understand roles and responsibilities of the position including:
Fully Bilingual & Strong Communication Skills.
Ability to use data & interpret to make the case for action
Ability to create fact based presentations to achieve objectives, to gain support for business objectives with customers and internal business partners
Supports marketing needs and makes recommendations based on assessment of data, and market knowledge
Serves as active and high performing member of a team and works on internal project teams to foster a culture of growth and collaboration
Acts with urgency to make the most of opportunities
Ability to work with limited resources while delivering results
Ability to complete projects and organize work independently to produce stated outcome
Required to have advanced power point and excel skills, v-look up, and pivot tables
Ability to meet deadlines & work in a structured process
Coordination of Marketing Activities (desirable)
