Compensation:
$65,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Discovery Process and Financial Analysis:

Manage discovery process, review financial documents, and identify needs.
Financial Affidavits and Document Preparation:

Prepare accurate affidavits, analyze financial documents, and organize evidence.
Case Management and Proactive Next Steps:

Manage case files, anticipate deadlines, and assist with strategic decisions.
Multitasking and Rapid Communication:

Demonstrate multitasking, prioritize tasks, and facilitate seamless communication.
Accurate and Detailed Billing:

Track billable hours.

Meet/exceed requirements.

Manage time effectively.
Qualifications:-
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on family law/divorce cases.

Strong knowledge of divorce laws, court procedures, and legal terminology.

Proficient in the discovery process, financial affidavit preparation, and financial analysis in family law cases.

Proven experience in proactive case management and taking the initiative in determining next steps.

Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and MS Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and staff.
