The Vice President – Special Projects is a key member of the executive team, and will be leading and driving integration initiatives with the Unidine brands to ensure best in class service, processes & programs are flawlessly delivered.
The successful leader will establish and maintain effective client rapport through regular contact, proactively addressing any issues, concerns or problems. This position must have highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skills while reinforcing high standards of performance in all areas.
This position is responsible for defining and executing Unidine’s operations programs, strategy and philosophy to ultimately drive top line growth while improving ROI. We have recently added this newly created executive level position reporting directly to the CEO.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5-8+ years multi-unit experience in Contract Food Management.
Exceptional communications skills (written & verbal)
Master's degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or University is required (degree in Dietary Science or Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management highly desirable).
Must have a proven track record of success in driving performance within a multi-unit environment multi-state in contract food management.
