Lead NetSuite administrator engineer with a natural aptitude for business operations interested in joining a small dynamic leadership team where contributions directly impact operational success. Niche industrial product market leader Marco Rubber & Plastics seeks the right person to lead the implementation, integration, and continual customization of NetSuite and 3rd party apps in collaboration with our NetSuite Channel partner, internal custom software development and operational teams.
We are nearing completion of market disruptive technology leveraging our world’s largest product supply network integrated with our world’s largest selection-configuration by attribute database. Basically, we are digitizing cumbersome material selection and product design reference guides and integrating them with world market price and lead time options with a quoting algorithm based on current and historical market trends maximizing competitiveness and profitability.
In preparation for exponential growth, we are investing in a modern ERP platform to ensure our people and systems can keep up with the growth as efficiently as possible. Being an industrial product driven business, a natural understanding and experience of B2BorC omni-channel product supply terminology and processes is of value. Supplying 14,000+ repeat customers in over 55 countries, shipping from our headquarters in coastal New Hampshire with no customer over 4% of total business. Led by industry experts and engineers with a strong technical understanding of niche products and market. We built the markets largest and most diverse network and database of supplier material and part number cross references with attribute data (temperature range, color, industry compliance, etc). We collect inventory and pricing data from many of these suppliers and normalize the data leveraging our cross references. This data network provides unique visibility into the market and productivity to deliver industry leading responsiveness, pricing strategies, delivery options resulting in business competitive advantage and disruptive growth opportunity.
Ongoing technology projects to leverage our data advantage by automating basic product selection, design, and sales process so our experienced team can focus on higher profit customized solutions. Conceptually simple, although the variables are more complex than they appear.
After initial on-boarding at our Seabrook NH headquarters, opportunity for partial remote work as practical although we feel there is significant value being embedded with our operations team.
