We are seeking a Manager, IS Project Management to:
Lead a team of IS project managers and drive improvement in IS project management processes, standards, and execution.
Ensure continuous improvement of IS Service Delivery metrics including one-time completion of milestones and projects.
Manage multiple areas within the initiative including business process redesign, technical, organization change management, communication, training, legal/agreements, and evaluation of project outcomes.

Education :
Minimum - Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Work Experience :
Preferred - Five (5) years significant project leadership in Healthcare IT and/or analytics. Two (2) years increasing leadership responsibilities.

Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred - PMP, PMI-ACP, PfMP, PSM I, PSM II or similar project/portfolio management certification. ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean. Technical certifications relevant to area of expertise (Epic, Cisco, VMWare, etc.).

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
Very good project management skills, including multiple successful large initiatives or projects with a significant project leadership role.
Demonstrated experience identifying, managing and resolving issues, proactively where possible, in partnership with stakeholders and IS colleagues.
Demonstrated experience leading business process redesign, technology implementation, organizational change management, training, adoption and measurement of project outcomes.
Very good subject matter knowledge or expertise in one or more IS disciplines.
Very good communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrated success with multiple initiatives where earned the trust of stakeholders, IS colleagues and IS leaders.
Demonstrated success facilitating senior leader workgroups and project team meetings, including partner organizations.
Demonstrated experience coaching, teaching and mentoring colleagues to increase performance and meet explicit goals.
Demonstrated experience coaching, teaching and mentoring portfolio and project management to colleagues and project team members.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering project management training.
Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams and projects

Physical Requirements :
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.

W ork Schedule :
40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
