This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer(OCFO), Audit Liaison and Financial Analysis (ALFA) Division. The ALFA Division is responsible for overseeing and conducting internal control functions and activities, fulfilling audit liaison activities with GAO and OIG, conducting cost analysis and estimation activities, and managing the development of investment strategies in support of investment program initiatives.
Manages and directs a staff in the ALFA Division that performs professional, highly technical and/or complex administrative activities.

Responsible for Agency audit liaison functions with Government Accountability Office (GAO), the Office of Inspector General (OIG), and other outside entities on oversight matters.
