You will be the representation of the Kendra Scott culture while overseeing event strategy for your area. Your passion for promoting our values while building local partnerships is crucial to the success of the brand.

What will you do?

Your primary role is to collaborate with Community Outreach and Events Managers to cultivate strong event strategy for your area:

Manage calendar while overseeing a team of Community Outreach and Events Managers’ calendar of events

Analyze revenue and recaps of events of the stores and event managers in your area

Educate Community Outreach and Events Managers on company-wide event initiatives

Work with Home Office team to manage special marketing and product requests, as well as provide feedback to Community Relations and Events Managers when requests are not granted

Coach and provide feedback on event visuals and protocol to the Community Outreach and Events Managers that report to you

Communicate with Community Outreach and Events Managers on successes, current opportunities, and succession planning

Partner with the Retail Area Manager to ensure events are supporting revenue goals in area stores, as well as educate retail team on large scale partnerships

Seeks to understand how well the team is educated on an organization/cause during a market visit

Manages monthly travel schedule and a weekly one-on-one touch base with Community Outreach and Events Managers

Displays a healthy work-life balance and help the Community Outreach and Events Managers to prioritize to do the same

Strategize brand building and marketing initiatives within each area

Create a lasting impression among consumers and partners to peak brand interest

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising initiatives that engage, inform and motivate.

Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to home office partners.

Reviews current market trends and develops strategy to continuously increase sales and drive brand awareness

Leads Area to produce results in sales, outreach, awareness, and event execution while maintaining the Kendra Scott brand and culture

Qualifications

Must be over the age of 18.

Must have superior planning, communication, management and organizational skills.

Ability to handle a flexible work schedule.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in managing a team and event planning experience

Ability to prioritize tasks with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.

Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking skills, as well as strong and concise writing skills.

Ability to travel within assigned area

A local community member with established contacts preferred.

Ability to work weekends and evenings as necessitated by the event schedule.

Retail experience preferred.

Ability to maintain and grow your network while representing our three pillars
