The Call Center Representative will work a full-time shift that pays up to $18.00/hour. The beginning of each shift starts anytime time between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm PST. We offer a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 pm and 5:00 am local time. We also offer an additional 5% Spanish differential pay.
Receives calls from members and provides assistance with a variety of banking-related questions.
Offers relevant solutions that are appropriate for the member's banking needs.
Provides top-tier customer (member) service.
Delivers value through extensive product knowledge - don't worry, we'll provide excellent training!
Assesses the consumer lending and/or real estate financing needs of the member to determine which product(s) may be most appropriate.
Two years contact center experience, within a financial services environment is preferred
Solid verbal communication skills
Proficient with computers and quick to learn new applications
Calm and friendly approach and demeanor
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
Some college preferred
Experience with communicating with customers via chat and email is a plus
Able to have FUN while remaining Professional
