This individual will be responsible for supporting the Market President/ Senior Vice President Strategy of DaVita Medical Group (DMG). The primary role is to create capacity for the President by facilitating a wide array of strategic and operational projects/decisions that reside in the President’s lane. Key topics:

Position of trust and repository of ideas, strategic thought partner
Focus on Special Projects with high priority and key to success of DMG
Drive the strategic process on internal consulting projects
Exposure to all levels of the leadership team
Responsible for developing hypotheses, analysis framework and providing recommendations
Prepare executive-level presentations to share with leadership including COO, CFO, and SVP’s.
18-24 months in this role, springboard for another leadership role.
Minimum qualifications

MBA from a top-tier business school
3- 5+ years of strategy consulting experience with a top-tier firm
Relevant experience in healthcare is a plus but not required
Strong project management skills
Able to move quickly in an ever-changing environment often without supervision
Must demonstrate strategic thinking as well as a willingness to lead initiatives through implementation
Excellent communication skills including ability to persuasively and efficiently deliver presentations to senior executives
Ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time, depending on the portfolio of projects
