Lockheed Martin's Electronics Manufacturing Center (EMC) is seeking a dynamic self-starter to join a team of highly motivated and energetic Systems Integration and Test Engineers.

Job Description:
Conducts or participates in the development, and testing of spacecraft power and avionics systems. Primary job focus is to act as the supplemental test POC and will work toward acquiring Certified Test Conductor status for various program/product specific units.

Additional job responsibilities include test system integration, checkout and validation tasks, test procedure generation and updating, software updating and generation, maintains electronic manufacturing center infrastructure in a ready to test condition.

Must be able to interpret electrical designs and support troubleshooting efforts under general supervision. Interface with program customers and cross functional counterparts such as Certified Principal Engineers, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, System Safety, Production Leads, and Shop Floor Controllers is minimized and worked though CTC counterparts.

Authors and executes test procedures to satisfy program test verification objectives. Plans, directs, reviews and coordinates project documentation to ensure customer, contract, and company requirements are met.

Collaboratively refines requirements to ensure that the intent is met even when not explicitly stated in requirements.

Prepares specifications, evaluates vendor hardware, and analyzes test data and reports.

Works integrally with electrical hardware, software and test engineers and test technician staff and is able to communicate technical ideas with the test team.

Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of low to moderate scope and complexity.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or other related degree, or equivalent years of experience within field in lieu of a degree.

Experience communicating and collaborating across team boundaries with subcontractors and customers.

Team player who takes ownership of work and is capable of independent critical thinking and completion of activities.

Previous experience with electrical test equipment such as logic analyzers, Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Megger, power supplies, and loads.

Desired Skills:
Applicable Master’s degree from an accredited college.

Other test lab experience including environments testing (e.g. vibration, thermal, TVAC, shock, etc.).

Understanding/training in programming within the LabVIEW software development environment.

Understanding and ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems using technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.

Familiarity with computerized data acquisition and automated test control systems and instrumentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
