This part-time position is available in beautiful Appleton, New York.

This position oversees the day-to-day operations of our program offices and assists with administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees office functions and data input for the agency database
  • Prepares program correspondence
  • Monitors incoming and outgoing mail
  • Conducts efficient filing
  • Coordinates program bookkeeping duties
  • Monitors and orders office supplies

Qualifications

  • Office management skill set or a minimum of six months’ paid secretarial experience, which can include up to three months’ volunteer or student field placement experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency with excellent organizational ability
