Job Description/Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager, Vodkas manages the Vodka portfolio of brands and supports the Senior Marketing Director - Vodka, Rum & RTD Cocktails in the growth of the portfolio, development of brand strategies and activation plans and execution of NBD initiatives. This individual also works closely with Sales and Regional Trade Marketing teams, agencies and trade partners to achieve business and strategic objectives.

For assigned brands, develop annual budgets, create marketing plans, implement pricing strategy and ensure plan is executed. Use COGNOS, KPI's and other company systems to track and ensure objectives are met. Develop price strategy by brand and market for entire portfolio. Direct and manage implementation to ensure volume and brand contribution are achieved over time.
Develop brands in Sazerac's Vodka portfolio in a manner consistent with the company's overall strategy. Develop and implement annual marketing plans for key brands including Platinum and Fris, working with the Sales Team to maximize sales and distribution potential of assigned brands to ensure financial success and achievement of category and brand goals.
Manage agency creative work on package development, marketing materials, sales materials, public relations and media for all assigned NBD and brand projects. Manage trademark communications and monitoring for assigned brands.
Support Senior Marketing Director - Vodka, Rum & RTD Cocktails in the attainment of brand country state priority (BCSP) objectives. Use internal and external resources: Cognos, KPI's, RAD, VIP, IRI to measure and analyze progress against brand state priorities.
Work with Senior Marketing Director - Vodka, Rum & RTD Cocktails on strategic brand plans, category strategies, new initiatives and special projects.
Develop and implement annual plans for key NBD brands to build viable and profitable consumer brands. Coordinate with the Sales Team and agencies to achieve NBD brand annual goals. Follow company protocol to concept, plan, develop, launch and successfully execute new business development concepts.
Utilize PDS system to identify skill needs and self-improvement opportunities in order to improve effectiveness at job and achieve goals.
Establish well organized priorities for yourself with roles defined. Communicate plans and updates regularly.
Develop and follow action plan to gain learning experiences needed to advance your career.
Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
Excellent project management skills.
Solid computer skills.
National Accounts Experience (on and off premise).
5-10 years business experience.
3 years alcoholic beverage industry (wine and/or spirits) compliance experience.
At least 2 years pricing and supply chain experience.
At least 3 years’ experience in new business development
Ability to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of progressive brand management and budgeting, planning, and/or financial analysis experience
MBA Degree
