StyleSeat is looking for a champion of customer care who wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction to our clientele of beauty service experts and their customers. You are smart, resourceful and move quickly to resolve customer requests. You communicate clearly and are empathetic to customers while disseminating issue details to engineers on a technical level. You will help our clients be as successful as possible by knowing how to use our products and services and addressing their issues quickly, and effectively.

Responsibilities:
Manage inbound support emails, chats, social media posts, and phone calls
Provide awesome support to customers
Log bugs in JIRA, proactively follow up on existing issues and ensure resolution is communicated to our customer(s)
Provide customer insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, Account Managers, Marketing, Sales, and others to drive data-driven product improvements
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and comments
Be a technological resource to the Account Management and Social Teams

Requirements:
Passionate about delighting customers
1+ years of experience in technology support or customer service, preferably at a SaaS company
Able to work independently and make decisions. Demonstrated ability managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated passion for resolving customer issues.
A strong sense of empathy with customers.
Zendesk experience (or similar Ticket Tool)
Chat experience a Bonus
Availability to work weekend schedule (at least either Saturday or Sunday as part of normal shift)
