The NFL is looking for a highly motivated Integrated Sales Coordinator to assist the television team�s Director and Senior Manager. The coordinator will be responsible for assisting in monitoring and final distribution of all sales added value assets. This role will provide the opportunity to learn about the media sales and sports broadcasting industries, while interfacing with many groups around the league.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with the Senior Manager and the NFL Media graphics team in trafficking graphic mockups.
Monitoring all TNF broadcasts and Sunday Gameday Morning broadcasts to ensure all sponsorships have aired as sold.
Ensure that LA clip team, the Director and the Senior Manager of Integrated Sales receives logs of all sponsored clips from TNF and Sunday GDM. Clip team will follow directions from the coordinator on what to clip each week.
Review all clips sent from LA team prior to sending to clients to ensure client is getting proper clip, and if clip is incorrect, will report back to Senior Manager for a sponsor makegood.
Will assist in creating segments and new platforms to help generate higher revenue from existing clients looking for new ideas as well as revenue from new sponsors.
Must have access to the NFL Network channel remotely
Must be able to work independently
Must be adept at prioritizing, following and keeping track of sponsored content trafficking and troubleshooting requests while clearly communicating progress to all parties involved.
Must be available to work a flexible shift including nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred Education and Experience:
College degree in Broadcasting preferred.
Familiarity with AP / ENPS news system a plus, but not required
Experience in the following is preferred: Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Expected Hours of Work:
Flexible shifts during the football season (Sunday - Thursday). Including nights, weekends, holidays.
