The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for contributing ideas, designing artwork and upholding the brand standards of Evenflo and its partner brands. Designer will be expected to lead the creation and finalization of high quality art and production files within the context of the organization’s branding standards and marketing calendar.
Examples of Typical Activities:
Preparation of artwork production files for various media, most specifically packaging, in-store support and advertising
Must produce high quality, accurate files for internal routing and pre-press delivery
Photography and digital image enhancement for Fashion, Marketing and Sales needs
Color correct hi-res images and patterns.
Remove and insert objects or logos.
Create outlines and adjust environments/backgrounds
Record, organize and maintain a shared library of assets
Update and maintain icons, logos, photos and other assets in a central library
Support Evenflo and its partner brands in a full spectrum of touchpoints
Manage the day-to-day requests and needs for packaging extensions, photography and assets
Branding on-package, at-shelf, online, presentations, building signage, etc.
Support the development of presentations, line reviews and industry trade shows
Create presentation boards, support literature
Prepare 2D and 3D product mockups.
Create concepts and signage for Sales, Marketing and Human Resources.
BS or BFA in Graphic Design or related field; 5+ years experience
Required Technical Competencies

Works well within the context of a larger team of Brand Marketing Coordinators, Product Marketing Managers, other
Able to multi-task and reorder priorities when necessary
Experience with and understanding of the following
Product Carton Dies
Pre-press file preparation for multiple categories, substrates and printing processes
Knowledge of legal copy requirements, barcode and law tag usage
Studio photography, including set-up, lighting and digital file processing
Proficient Computer Skills
Mac Systems with Mac OSX
Photoshop CS4, Illustrator CS4, In Design CS4, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office
