Geneva10 Fulfillment is looking for a warehouse associate to support our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse associate responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders able to operate machinery such as pallet jacks, lift up to 50 lbs and climb up to 7 feet on safety ladders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction by committing to working hard, being reliable and punctual.
KEY RESULT AREA

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

Complete diary logs into inventory

Report any discrepancies

Communicate effectively with all team members and be a quality team member at all times, take accountability for actions as a team member and have a mentality that any task is doable

Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Ability to use basic computer and software functions to assist with receiving and inventory functions

Some maintenance ability to help with basic maintenance functions

Ability to unload containers

Any other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager
SKILLS

Proven working experience as a warehouse worker

Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems

Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift heavy objects

Ability to use basic computer functions
- Forklift operational experience
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

1 year Forklift experience (preferred)
