More About the Role:
CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Cloud Customer Engagement Manager who will be the primary interface with the customer and strategic vendor partners. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will understand customer initiatives, priorities, and objectives, deliver key messaging around program offerings and capabilities, as well as drive business opportunities and coordinate with technical and program leadership to develop go to market strategies.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (active / in-scope)
Experience managing a $10M+ / annually pipeline
10+ years of experience in IT
10+ years of experience in business development and account management
5+ years of experience working within the Intelligence Community
- Familiarity with cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) capabilities and benefits
Go to market strategy development
Customer briefings and presentations
Pipeline management through closure, where requirements arise from multiple stakeholder groups
Requirements management, including solution sales
Self-motivated leader with ability to utilize innovative approaches to grow program revenue and profitability
Ability to excel at customer outreach and engagement
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communications skills
