We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and leads. This person will create compelling content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
Job Responsibilities:
· Content Creation: Craft compelling content that resonates with our audience by understanding consumer behavior and psychology, developing a voice that aligns with our brand.
· Content Optimization: Enhance new and existing content
· Editing and Style Adherence: Ensure all content is polished and consistent by following and maintaining a strict style guide.
· Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content publication.
· Content Publishing and Promotion: Strategically publish and promote content across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
· Content Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly analyze content performance metrics and report findings to inform future strategies.
· Competitor Research: Conduct thorough research on competitors to identify market gaps and opportunities for unique content.
· Content Marketing Planning: Collaborate with our website/social media developer to create comprehensive content marketing plans that align with business goals.
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of and experience with online content strategy and creation

Educational Requirements:
