Pediatric Counseling Services is a group practice begun in 2009. Over the years we have grown from an individual practice to a small group of 7 therapists with office support and a large office space located in the heart of Dormont/South Hills area of Pittsburgh. Due to our growth, we are looing for a new therapist to add to our group and our expertise.

This is a Master's Level Position and candidates must be a PA licensed therapist (LCSW or LPC) to see patients independently.

*Must be credentialed with major insurance companies (or eligible to be credentialed with 2 years post graduate experience) to provide services and receive reimbursement (UPMC, Highmark, Aetna, Optum, Cigna, Medical Assistance, etc).

*Must have experience with children, adolescents and families. Experience with younger children a plus! Common issues include ADHD, behavior issues, family dynamic conflict issues, depression/mood issues, anxiety, OCD, support with parent behavior management training, social skills training, stress management, Habit reversal, tic disorders and high functioning autism spectrum disorders. We also receive a smaller set of adult referrals for counseling and do provide adult counseling if this is something that would be of interest.

~Very Flexible schedule, seeking independent contracted therapists but can work anywhere from 15-30 hours per week

~Practice provides steady stream of referrals, billing services, scheduling, admin support, furnished office space, sharing of clinical resources and group collaboration.
