DCOMM is seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Field Operations to lead and oversee our regional field teams in delivering top-tier service and operational excellence. Applicants for this executive role can be located in Austin TX, Weslaco TX, Irving TX, or Cleveland Ohio, and will play a pivotal part in driving strategy and operational success across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage field operations teams to ensure optimal performance in service delivery, installations, and maintenance.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple regions.

Oversee multi-site operational metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients to support company growth.

Implement best practices in field operations, leveraging data and analytics to optimize processes and outcomes.

Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with company goals and long-term vision.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading large, multi-site field operations, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.

Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in telecommunications, operations management and strategic planning.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and implement effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Willingness to travel between locations as required.
