The Senior Compensation Manager Will:
Consult with business leaders and their HRBPs on compensation strategy, programs, job classification, team comp “health” and comp decision-making
Respond to inquiries from managers, HRBPs and recruiters to provide market analysis, information and advice tailored to each unique situation while also consistent with practices and frameworks
Lead rollouts of compensation initiatives to the business, including new/enhanced programs, processes, structures and guidelines – create communication materials, trainings, and change management plans, and work with key stakeholders
Partner heavily with other compensation team members and consultants, as well as HRBPs, HRIS, and other teams on design work and projects
Design and conduct training sessions with leadership, management, and/or employees to educate on compensation basics, programs, strategy, and other comp topics
Create expert analysis and modeling as needed for program designs, business-specific benchmarking and pay range creation, and impact analysis
Be a thought partner on our key HR initiatives, such as getting the “Bang for our Buck” and ensuring the comp function has appropriate documentation, automation, and scalability

Bachelor’s degree in business economics, finance, human resources, or other relevant education/experience; more specialized education or certification ideal, such as CCP, master’s degree, or other formal training
10+ years of experience in compensation
Expert knowledge and experience in base and incentive compensation, equity compensation, global compensation, job classification (and applicable law) and ideally sales compensation
Well-honed consultative skills and highly effective in communicating clearly and persuasively with strong influencing skills
High team orientation and collaborative style
Hands-on in-depth experience managing compensation program implementation and roll out
Excellent analytical, compensation modeling, problem solving and project management skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high priorities in a fast paced environment
Expert ability to contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels
