Full-time | Commission$120,000 - $170,000 a year


Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Living Executive Director with a proven track record of success to take the helm of a large high end 120+ unit senior living community in Bellevue, WA. The community is in the process of being purchased and is in need of strong leadership under the management of the new operator (our client).


There is great opportunity for both growth and advancement with our client. They are a growing company in search of dedicated professionals to join the team and grow with them.

The community in question has significant upside potential and a bonus structure is in place to reward a team that can take it to the next level.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of success leading high performing teams in senior living industry - Required
  • Ability to build teams, hire and retain top talent, and build strong culture
  • Fantastic analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and adopt new processes, systems, and ways of doing things
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. Will take ownership of community and run it as their own.

Our client is willing to consider candidates outside of Washington, with administrator license or certification from another state. Relocation assistance available.
