REGIONAL BRAND MANAGER OPPORTUNITY FOR ELKAY INTERIOR SYSTEMS (EIS)
REMOTE ROLE FOCUSING ON THE EDUCATION DIVISION

Recruit, hire, and engage in Dealer selection and Dealer development by managing and continually training assigned territory dealers and manufacturing representatives in the EIS process and method to always achieve operational excellence. Manage the dealer channel to include marketing, advertising, and accounts receivable. Provide before, during, and after sales service, product, design, process, and operational training and assistance to dealers. Participate with ride-alongs with dealer sales reps. Dealer development will include attending and participating in national and/or regional exhibit shows.
Establish and maintain regular contact, positive rapport and working relationship directly with key accounts within larger K-12 and higher education end users.
Cultivate sales opportunities with potential new accounts. Create demand at the end user level with demonstrations. Establish relationships with architectural firms that can influence the sales of EIS designs and products. Follow up on all leads and inquiries by e-mail, telephone and in person.
Prepare annual sales forecast, for assigned territory(s)/account(s), projecting sales volume for the next year based on knowledge of sales trends and potentials, area competition and economic/business conditions.
Regional Brand Manager communicates initial project input by coaching dealers, communicating with end users and completing intake form. Corrections, changes, and additional information is communicated to internal ISI staff with revision forms. Multiple questions occur back and forth between EIS’s internal and external customers, and Regional Brand Manager is expected to be the primary communicator to both groups.
Attend and participate in Company sales meetings and trade or industry meetings, shows and conventions, and dealer sales meetings to increase knowledge of Elkay Interior Systems.
Four-year college degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred. Additional degrees, experience, or training in Design and/or Food Service, and architectural plan reading experience is desired.
Minimum of five years sales experience in the school market or a related field, and conceptual selling experience required.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and measurements
This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, goal oriented, with good organizational skills and a strong commitment to excel. Must be prompt and effective with follow through.
Knowledge of SalesForce or other CRM, GoogleDocs, and share file sites preferred.
