Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a company located on the East side of Indianapolis to fill an open Administrative Assistant role on a temporary basis. This role is covering a medical leave and will last through the end of November 2018.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing multiple spreadsheets (updating, creating, saving, modifying)
  • Transferring calls
  • Setting up new customers in data base
  • Tracking daily scheduled for sales reps
  • Processing and sorting mail
  • Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Booking hotel accommodations
  • Administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Job Requirements will include:
  • 2-3 years of Administrative experience required
  • Must work well under pressure and be flexible
  • Must be able to switch gears at a moment’s notice
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven longevity in prior positions
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with good use of grammar
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00-4:30 with a half hour lunch (8am-4pm on Friday’s)

Pay: $15/hr.
