We are seeking a dedicated Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting various operational tasks within the organization.
Duties
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking products
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Engage in retail sales activities to promote products and services
- Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Must be available for occasional overtime
- Must have a current Virginia drivers license
- Should be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Should be able to operate a forklift

- Proficiency in inventory management practices
- Strong phone etiquette skills for customer interactions
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
