Calling all sports fans! Fanatics, Inc. is seeking energetic [Operations Administrators] to work with our Human Resources team in [Jacksonville, Florida]. We are looking for detail-oriented team members to provide front line support to our employees regarding timecards, product availability/description, and resolve any emerging questions or problems that our Fans might face. Fan Advocates are responsible for handling merchandise order calls, emails, and chats requiring verbal and written communications.
Example shift structure: Four (4) days of ten (10) hour shifts OR five (5) days of eight (8) hour shifts.
Example: Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday from 930 am to 6 pm

[Seasonal Employment] Seasonal Fanatics Associates are entitled to benefits such as approved time off; holiday pay; and company discounts, during the terms of employment. Conversion opportunities for Full Time positions may be available based on business need.
Key Position Responsibilities
Clear flags in Time and Attendance system and assess attendance point for associates for unexcused absences.
Collect/organize time off request forms for Fanatics associates from managers and associates. Get approvals from managers for time-off requests as required.
Ensure proper coding of “time paid not work” and “time not paid, not worked” such as Paid Personal Time/Voluntary Time-off/Lack of Work for Fanatics associates.
Make points corrections for Staffing Agency as directed by Fanatics HR.
Make points corrections for Fanatics associates as directed by Operations Management or HR
Identify, track and reconcile missing: in, out and lunch punches
With manager approval, clearing discrepancies associated with Time-Off Task flags.
Enter punches for orientation time for staffing agency new starts.
Inputting corrective action documentation into Fanatics Corrective Action Tracking System.
Research associates counseling history as needed to confirm correct level for next counseling, dates of prior counseling’s, etc. or provide summary of performance history for manager to use in making a recommendation for termination. – This is more focused on Fanatics associates.
Submit counseling’s for both Fanatics and Staffing Agency associates (including tracking approval and printing for managers to deliver for Fanatics associates).
Generate productivity related correction action write-ups from Performance Feedback Tool
Print Fanatics attendance counseling’s sent out by HR and organize with other counseling’s that need delivering so managers have one complete set of what they need to deliver.
Print/post rates throughout shift for all associates on set schedule.
Answer questions for Fanatics associates on attendance points and paid time-off balances as required. Help escalate discrepancies to HR and resolve.
Additional Tasks They May Do As Time Allows Particularly Off Peak
As necessary – help managers run/track production reports, update operations reports as needed, work on projects for creating reports, etc.
Assist with filing of paperwork into the associates personnel files
Must have administrative experience such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or detailed processes that have a lot of components to manage.
Administrative experience utilizing a time and attendance system is strongly preferred.
Administrative experience within a manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred.
Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Must have the ability to multi task and manage details of different processes efficiently.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently, seek answers when help is needed and motivated to seek out additional tasks for completion.
