LaFataContract Services (LCS), a partner company of IMBDevelopment Corporation, has been providing Project and Construction Management supportin the electric and gas utility industries. Our Program, Project, andConstruction Managers, Engineers, and Utility Support Personnel provideoversight, work activity coordination, and technical support to deliver utilityprojects in Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, andWashington, DC.

Summary:

The Utilities Project Controller will be responsible for schedulingportfolios of multi-phase design and construction projects in utilities and/orpower transmission. In addition, will have responsibility for developing andsubmitting project cost control financial data and reports to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide business function support in various power deliverysettings

· Ability to perform project cost control analysis and develop costreports

· Ability to develop project cost accruals and forecasts

· Develop project schedules using P6 and Microsoft Project

· Develop processes and reports to satisfy the needs andrequirements of a diverse financial group that utilize a variety of O&M, capitaland/or balance sheet and clearing accounts

· Develop customized reports

Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree (BA) and/or equivalent work experience

Experience:

· 3-5 years of scheduling experience

· Utility construction experience preferred

TechnicalSkills:

· Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Time, EERS and Passport proficiency

· Primavera/P6, cost controls / cost engineering experience,forecasting, must have utilities experience,

· Exelon Financial andscheduling systems experience preferred (DFF, WPT):

o Work Planning and Tracking (WPT) platform experience

o Detailed Financial Forecast (DFF) for project expendituresexperience

o Primavera/P6

Soft Skills:

· Highly organized and detail oriented

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

· Superior time management skills; must be able to meet strict deadlines

· Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems

· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams

· Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff

Physical Requirements:

· Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meetsLCS Requirements

· Employees must complete abackground investigation and successfully complete drug screenings

· Mustbe able to travel to customer sites as needed

· Mustbe able to sit at a desk and/or work on a computer for 6-8 hours per day
