The Sr Director – Digital Sales Direct is responsible for leading and managing the overall Sales effort supporting our Workforce Management Solutions to ensure attainment of growth targets. Our Workforce Management Solutions include solutions and services that enable our clients to meet their staff satifcatoin, patient experience, revenue, care quality and cost containment goals.
In this role, you will:
Set the vision, strategy and goals for the sales team and align the sales team with the company vision & strategic plan.
Analyze market trends, competition and opportunities; identify new markets and areas of market expansion and direct effective sales strategies that penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
Create and lead a dynamic sales organization and cultivate leadership and management strength across the team.
Oversee the creation and management of a sales pipeline/forecast to achieve goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Assess and continuously improve the sales team talent and effectiveness through training and performance management systems that align sales leadership and sales support activities in every market with company revenue and EBITDA goals.
Direct the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
Recruit, interview, train and evaluates associates.
Introduces/reinforces a proven sales methodology capable of achieving sales goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
3 – 5 years proven track record successfully leading a large sales organization.
A proven track record of 5-7 years of healthcare technology sales is required.
Success in selling to C-level executives is required.
Labor Management Software experience is strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively is required.

Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences alike across all organizational levels
Proven track record of account management and sales success.
Understand the various financial instruments used by customers to conduct business.
Strong negotiation and sales leadership skills.
Prior experience selling contracts/products with technical content of substantial value preferred.
