As our
Litigation Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to advocate for our clients’ interests, often in ground-breaking and newsworthy cases.
Compensation:

$75,000 - $130,000, depending on experience

This is a non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documents

Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
-
Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts
-
Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
-
Manage and calendar court deadlines
-
Propound and respond to discovery
-
Maintain organized case files
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
-
Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment
-
Strong written and oral communication skills
-
Confident in a paperless work environment

Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules
-
Familiarity with California discovery rules
-
Meticulous attention to detail
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Type at least 40 wpm.
