**Licensed Practical Nurse**
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at Harborview Health Center Sarasota. **Duties:** - Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers - Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs and medical information - Assist in patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans - Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions - Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies - Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
