The Role in Brief:
Digital Media Manager, ALR (a.k.a. Digital Marketing Manager)

At EAB, our primary objective is to build productive, solid relationships with our education clients and shape marketing strategies to achieve their enrollment, advancement, and financial aid optimization goals. The Digital Media Manager oversees the development of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution within EAB’s expanding Adult Learner division.

The ideal candidate has experience managing client relationships and is a leader in overall digital marketing who will push our clients and our team to deliver best-in-class digital strategy, execution, and measurement. The ideal candidate will have experience leading digital marketing teams and developing / managing digital marketing campaigns supported by strong analytical skills that help drive direction and future innovation. This position reports to the Managing Director, Program Marketing.

This role is located in Richmond, Virginia.

Specific Responsibilities:
Create, run and manage paid marketing campaigns across social channels, primarily through Facebook Ads, that create awareness for our clients’ institutions and drive engagement / attendance at specific events held on client campuses
Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day leadership and execution of the creation, marketing, and analysis of client creative work
Establish, manage, and optimize an online advertising budget and create campaign performance monitoring and reporting for company and clients
Work with Managing Director, Program Marketing to develop both company-wide and client-specific learning agendas targeted towards the continuous improvement of high-return, high-impact digital campaigns
Support onsite and/or offsite presentations to educate external clients and internal colleagues on services / best practices
Simultaneously project manage digital initiatives of significant scope and complexity for multiple clients
Maintain understanding of products and services across EAB’s Enrollment Services division
Identify trends, insights, and innovations in the industry; stay abreast of our competitors and our clients' evolving digital strategies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
4 years' relevant work experience in direct / digital marketing or equivalent
Experience communicating strategy and performance directly to client stakeholders
Proficiency with Google Analytics and social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
Familiarity working with retargeting (both site and list-based) advertising campaigns
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently - test, produce, drive innovative solutions from concept to completion
Proven combination of strategic- and analytical-thinking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, technologies in digital marketing

Ideal Qualifications:
Team leadership and talent management experience
Experience managing client accounts / relationships
Experience with SEO, SEM, and Google AdWords
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or BrightEdge
Experience using the AdWords and Bing Ads Editor
Experience building successful marketing programs
Desire to innovate and improve practices and processes
